Installing Aelo in Bitrix24

This guide walks you through installing Aelo in your Bitrix24 portal. Installation takes a few minutes and needs no technical setup.

Client Admin

  • A Bitrix24 account with CRM and telephony. For call analysis, call recording must be enabled in your Bitrix24 telephony settings.
  • Administrator rights on the portal — only an account that can install applications can add Aelo.
  • An Aelo account — you can connect an existing one or create it during onboarding.
  1. In Bitrix24, open Applications → Marketplace. Search for “Aelo”, or use the direct installation link provided by your Aelo account manager.
  2. Open the Aelo listing and click Install.
  3. Review the permissions Aelo requests (see below) and confirm.
  4. Aelo opens its onboarding inside Bitrix24 — connect your Aelo organization or create a new one.
  5. Finish onboarding. Aelo now appears in your left menu and adds an analysis tab to your CRM cards.

During installation, Bitrix24 asks you to grant Aelo access. Each permission maps to a specific capability:

PermissionWhy Aelo needs it
CRMRead contacts, deals, leads, and companies, and write analysis results back
TelephonyAccess call records so Aelo can analyze your calls
ChatAccess open-channel chat transcripts for analysis
TasksCreate follow-up tasks from analysis insights (when you enable automations)
UsersIdentify which agent handled each conversation
DriveDownload call recordings for transcription

You can revoke this access at any time by uninstalling the app.

Aelo automatically starts listening for new calls and chats:

  1. A call is completed or a chat is closed in Bitrix24.
  2. Aelo picks up the recording or transcript.
  3. Aelo transcribes and analyzes the conversation.
  4. Results are delivered to the matching CRM card.

The first results usually appear within a few minutes of a completed conversation.

  1. Make a short test call with recording enabled (or wait for a real one).
  2. Open the related contact or deal card in Bitrix24.
  3. Open the Aelo tab — you should see the analysis once processing finishes.

To control which conversations are analyzed and where results land, set up routing rules and field mapping. See the Bitrix24 user guide for step-by-step instructions.

  • Aelo connects to Bitrix24 over OAuth 2.0 — you grant access explicitly during install, and you stay in control of it.
  • Authorization is stored securely and renewed automatically; you never handle keys or tokens yourself.
  • Uninstalling removes Aelo’s access and stops all processing immediately.
  • All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS, and conversation data is processed in the EU.

See the EULA and Privacy Policy for details.

  1. In Bitrix24, open Applications and find Aelo under installed applications.
  2. Choose Delete.

Aelo stops listening for new conversations and its access to your portal is revoked.
