Bitrix24 Integration

Aelo integrates with Bitrix24 as an embedded application. Once installed, you can:

  • Access an Aelo dashboard directly inside Bitrix24
  • View conversation analytics on CRM entity cards (contacts, deals, leads, companies)
  • Automatically create Aelo records from Bitrix24 calls and chats
  • Push analysis results back to CRM fields

Client Admin

  1. Open the Bitrix24 Marketplace.
  2. Search for “Aelo” or use the direct installation link provided by your Aelo account manager.
  3. Click Install.
  4. Authorize Aelo to access your Bitrix24 account.
  5. Complete the onboarding flow within the embedded app.

After installation, Aelo appears as an application in your Bitrix24 left menu. The embedded dashboard includes three tabs:

  • Organization metrics (records processed, average quality score)
  • Recent activity feed
  • Quick links to key features
  • Budget usage overview
  • Cost breakdown by provider
  • Monthly trend chart
  • CRM delivery status
  • Recent deliveries to CRM entities
  • Delivery errors and retry options

Aelo adds tabs to CRM entity detail pages:

Entity TypeWhat’s Shown
ContactAll conversations with this contact, quality scores, sentiment history
DealConversations related to this deal, sale probability trend
LeadInitial conversations, qualification scores
CompanyAggregated metrics across all contacts in the company

Click a conversation in the CRM tab to view full analysis details.

For calls with audio, the analysis panel also shows a Voice metrics block — objective acoustic signals of how the call was delivered: speaking rate (words per minute), pauses, pitch variation, and voice stability. These are measurements of delivery, not transcript content; chats and audio-less records do not have them.

When configured, Aelo can automatically capture calls and chats from Bitrix24:

  1. A call is made or received in Bitrix24.
  2. Bitrix24 sends the recording to Aelo via webhook.
  3. Aelo transcribes and analyzes the recording.
  4. Results are delivered back to the CRM entity card.
  1. In Aelo, go to Data Sources and connect Bitrix24 — enter your domain and authorize access.
  2. Configure distribution rules (Analysis Setup → Distribution) to map CRM call/chat events to Aelo projects.
  3. Recording capture starts automatically once the source is connected (Data Sources).

Aelo can push analysis results to CRM entity fields:

MethodDescription
Custom FieldsCreate custom fields on CRM entities and map analysis outputs to them
Smart ProcessesUse Bitrix24 Smart Processes for structured data
Timeline NotesAdd analysis summaries as timeline entries on CRM cards

Map Aelo analysis fields to Bitrix24 CRM fields:

  1. Go to Analysis Setup → CRM Updates.
  2. Select the CRM entity type (Contact, Deal, Lead, Company).
  3. For each Aelo field (quality score, sentiment, summary, etc.):
    • Choose the target CRM field from the dropdown.
    • Or create a new custom field.
  4. Save the mapping.
  5. Use Test Delivery to verify the mapping works correctly.
Aelo FieldDescription
Quality Score0–100 score
Sale Probability0–100% estimate
SentimentPositive / Neutral / Negative
SummaryNatural language conversation summary
Key MomentsImportant events extracted from the conversation
Compliance StatusPass / Fail for compliance checks
Agent NameName of the agent who handled the conversation

Compliance Status is an AI assessment, not legal advice. It reflects the AI’s evaluation of the transcript (recording disclaimer, TCPA checklist, data privacy). Admins also see an org-level Compliance Results pass-rate on the dashboard, computed only from calls that carried a compliance assessment (no assessed calls → an empty state, never a fabricated 100%). It is not a legal determination — confirm regulatory compliance with qualified counsel.

First-time users accessing Aelo from Bitrix24 see an embedded onboarding flow:

  1. Welcome screen — brief introduction to Aelo
  2. Organization setup — connect your Aelo account or create one
  3. Project configuration — create or select a project for CRM records
  4. Field mapping — set up initial field mapping
  5. Test — verify the integration with a test record
  6. Recording compliance settings — the organization owner selects the recording/notification approach, jurisdiction, and legal basis. If the organization does not rely on call-participant consent, it can select Other lawful basis and then choose the applicable legal basis separately. For a basis defined outside the listed categories, select Other basis under applicable law; the choices are not limited to GDPR terminology. The owner acknowledges the organization’s responsibility, as controller, to determine and document that basis and to provide notices or obtain consent where applicable law requires it. A language switcher is available on this screen. Until confirmation, Aelo does not process recordings. These settings record the organization’s choice; Aelo does not determine which legal basis applies.

  • Test delivery first — always verify field mapping with a test record; capture starts automatically as soon as the source is connected.
  • Use timeline notes for quick visibility — managers see analysis summaries directly in CRM timelines.
  • Map quality score to a custom CRM field for filtering and reporting within Bitrix24.
  • Set up distribution rules carefully (Analysis Setup → Distribution) — map different Bitrix24 lines or departments to different Aelo projects for appropriate evaluation criteria.
  • Review delivery errors in the Delivery tab — common issues include expired Bitrix24 tokens or unmapped fields.
