What is Aelo?

Upload a recording or connect a CRM, and Aelo transcribes the conversation, evaluates quality, detects compliance issues, and delivers actionable coaching insights — all within minutes.
Aelo is the new name for the platform previously known as AICA.
Whether you manage a sales team, supervise support agents, or are an agent looking to improve, Aelo gives you the data-driven feedback you need.
Roles at a Glance

| Client | Full control — settings, billing, projects, team, analytics |
| Supervisor | Team analytics, alerts (scoped to assigned projects) |
| Agent | Upload records, view own performance |
| Admin | Like Client, but without billing, role changes, or project deletion |
Note: Admin is a supporting role. This guide focuses primarily on Client, Supervisor, and Agent workflows.
