Reports
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The Reports page provides aggregated data about your organization’s Aelo usage. It helps you understand how much processing has been done, how costs are distributed, and how your team is performing.
Usage Overview
Section titled “Usage Overview”Client Admin
The usage dashboard shows:

| Records Processed | Total number of conversations analyzed |
| Minutes Processed | Total audio duration transcribed |
| Analyses Completed | Number of AI analyses performed |
| Processing Trend | Chart showing volume over time (daily/weekly/monthly) |
Budget Tracking
Section titled “Budget Tracking”Client
Monitor your spending against configured limits:
- Weekly Limit — your configured maximum weekly spend
- Current Usage — how much has been spent this billing period
- Usage Percentage — visual progress bar showing budget consumption
- Warning Threshold — the percentage at which budget warnings trigger (configurable)
- Projected Usage — estimated end-of-period spend based on current pace
Billing is calculated on a per-minute basis. When usage exceeds the warning threshold, an alert is triggered (if configured in Alerts).
Cost Breakdown
Section titled “Cost Breakdown”Client
See how costs are distributed:

Cost breakdown is shown per project and as an organization total.
Team Metrics
Section titled “Team Metrics”Client Admin
Team-level aggregated metrics:
- Average Quality Score — across all agents
- Top Performers — highest-scoring agents
- Most Active — agents with the most records processed
- Score Distribution — histogram of quality scores across the team
LLM Usage Trends
Section titled “LLM Usage Trends”Track AI model usage patterns:
- Token consumption over time
- Provider distribution (if using multiple LLM providers)
- Cost per analysis trend
Exporting Reports
Section titled “Exporting Reports”Client Admin
Export report data to CSV for further analysis in external tools:
- Apply any desired filters (date range, project).
- Click the Export button.
- Select CSV format.
- The file downloads with all visible metrics and data.

Tips & Best Practices
Section titled “Tips & Best Practices”- Review budget tracking regularly to stay within your weekly spending limits.
- Set warning thresholds at 80% to give yourself time to adjust before hitting limits.
- Use cost breakdown to identify which projects or providers consume the most budget.
- Export monthly reports for management reviews or board presentations.
- Compare team metrics month-over-month to track the impact of coaching programs.
