Bitrix24 Integration

Aelo runs as an embedded application inside Bitrix24. Once installed, every call and chat in your CRM is transcribed, analyzed, and scored automatically — and the results are delivered back onto the relevant contact, deal, lead, or company.

  • Embedded dashboard — open Aelo directly from the Bitrix24 left menu, without leaving your portal.
  • Analysis on CRM cards — quality scores, sentiment, summaries, and key moments appear on contact, deal, lead, and company cards.
  • Automatic capture — completed calls and closed chats are picked up automatically and queued for analysis.
  • Delivery back to CRM — push results to custom fields, Smart Process items, or timeline notes.
  • Role-based access — what each teammate sees follows their role (owner, admin, supervisor, agent).

  1. Install the app — follow the Installation Guide to add Aelo from the Bitrix24 Marketplace.
  2. Set up capture and delivery — configure routing rules and field mapping in the Bitrix24 user guide.
  3. Connect telephony — make sure call recording is enabled so Aelo has audio to analyze. See Connecting IP Telephony.
  • A Bitrix24 account with CRM and telephony enabled (call recording must be on for call analysis).
  • Administrator rights on the portal to install the application.
  • An Aelo account — you can create one during the in-app onboarding.
