Not a chatbot.

Aelo doesn't talk to your customers or draft your emails. It measures conversations that already happened and files the verdict — a scorecard, not an assistant.

Not an enterprise rip-and-replace.

No six-month rollout, no "transformation programme", no procurement-negotiated per-seat contract. Install it, point it at your calls, read scores the same morning.

Not surveillance of your reps.

Aelo scores the call against a rubric you control — not the person. PII is masked before any model sees it; managers get coaching signals, not a wiretap.

How accurate is the AI scoring, really?

Transcription runs 90–98% depending on audio quality; scoring follows a rubric you define, so it's as consistent as the criteria you set. Every score traces back to the transcript and the scorecard version that produced it — you can audit any verdict.

Do my reps know they're being scored?

That's yours to decide and communicate. Aelo scores the conversation against your rubric, masks PII before any model sees it, and is built for coaching — not for catching people out. Most teams introduce it as a shared, objective standard.

How long does setup actually take?

First scored call the same morning. OAuth into Bitrix24 (or connect telephony via API), pick a scoring profile, and analyses start flowing in about 15 minutes. No professional-services engagement required.

How is the cost calculated, and can it surprise me?

Per call: ASR is billed per audio minute, the LLM per token, and you see the price of each analysis before it runs. Project-level budget caps pause processing automatically — there is no invoice from nowhere.
